PLACEMENT SERVICE
Free Radicals offers an invaluable service allowing companies to concentrate on bookings rather than fielding recruitment calls and sorting through CV’s to find the right staff for the season. 
Having been in the business since 1999 we have built up an extensive database, which contains active and past candidates therefore building a strong network of contacts to base search work on. 
As ex season workers ourselves we work with private and independent ski companies and private hotels, houses and restaurants dealing with winter, summer, UK and permanent positions.

Free Radicals can take full responsibility for all or part of your recruitment needs and offer candidates that meet your requirements.  Just register your jobs with us for free.
We undertake the recruitment process, all candidates go through our application process;

  1. Complete our application form with health and criminal background disclosures
  2. Interview;  face-to-face, webcam or telephone
  3. All relevant qualifications are checked
  4. References are followed up

Once we have selected a candidate you will when be forwarded a ski CV or full relevant CV with photo and menu (cooking position)
All candidates will have looked at your website, understand the job and are interested in working for you.
Once you employ a Free Radicals candidate you will be charged a placement fee.

ADVERTISING
We can offer advertising on this website.  All adverts follow a format to ensure you get the right person applying for the job. Please contact us for our format along with charges

MANAGED ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
Free Radicals will advise you on the best media source to use, assist or fully create copy and artwork for adverts, and will handle, screen and shortlist all responses.

We also offer a free consultation service, which includes contracts, staff management and changing employment terms within the ski industry.

Free Radicals promotes working for the independent companies by offering candidates advice and ‘real life’ working in a ski and summer resort.
We recruit for seasonal positions; Winter, Summer and UK based positions and hold a comprehensive list of back up staff, this service is proving to be ever popular.
