Chalet Chefs French Resorts | Starting end February - end of season
We will be looking for a number of chalet chefs and chalet hosts (cooking)
Chalet chefs catering in a chalet between 10 - 20 guests working alongside chalet hosts who will help prep, clean and host. As a chalet chef you will be responsible for food ordering, managing the kitchen, cooking; breakfast, afternoon tea (cake) and 3 - 4 course evening meal. Must have experience in catering and cooking for upto 20 people.
Chalet host cooking role.
Running a 7 or 8 or 9 person chalet. You will be cooking and serving continental breakfast and 3 course evening meal to a high dinner party standard. You will also make a cake in the morning for afternoon tea. You will be running and managing the chalet, hosting, cleaning and looking after the guests
Must be able to cook to a high dinner party standard and be organised.
