Chalet Host - Private - Courchevel 1550
Private Chalet Winter 2008/9 Responsible for running a 10 person private chalet. You are responsible for menu planning and preparing high standard 4 course evening meal. You will be required to cook breakfast, afternoon tea, evening meal. Food ordering, budgeting, shopping and stock control will also be your responsibility as well as cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, wines and logs. There is a daily cleaner who does the daily cleaning and weekly changeover. It would ideally suit someone who has worked a season and has there own car in resort as transport and mileage will be paid for. Accommodation is on the ground floor with own bathroom so it is possible for a partner also to live there. Salary £200 p/week

Chalet Couple - Private - Meribel Village
Winter 2008/9 Private Chalet Running an 8 person chalet and having live out 60 squ apartment. The owners use the chalet for 5 weeks and you are required to be flexible when they are there. Providing kiddies tea and picking the children up from ski school and catering 2/3 courses in the evening for the adults, also providing breakfast. When paying guests use the chalet 5 weeks approx, the food you provide will be a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes, 3 course evening meal. You are responsible for shopping, catering, cleaning and hosting. Own use of car. Would suit an experienced couple. Salary 200 euros p/week

Covering staff on days off and staff illness, also working with the manager; helping in the office, with guests, ski passes. Ideally suit someone who has catered in a chalet and is looking for a flexible role for the season. French an advantage. Salary £100 p/w +
